My little cousin, Hannah, told Mena and I about a popular coffee shop, Old Florida Coffee Co. up in Fort Pierce, Florida. Upon seeing the delicious crepes that they offered we just had to make the drive up to check it out and give them a proper review. Did all of the social media buzz live up to the hype?
I must say that upon our arrival to Old Florida Coffee Co. we absolutely loved the historic vibes of it and how it looked on the inside as well – extremely cool looking place and you should definitely stop by if you are near Fort Pierce, Florida.
Let’s take a deep dive into our trip to Old Florida Coffee Co. and review the crepes, food and coffee that we had while there.
Old Florida Coffee Co. Crepes
Ever since our trip to Paris, France last Christmas we have been dying to have crepes that could rival the real deal. We were extremely excited to find out there was a little coffee shop just an hour north of us that was putting out some delicious looking crepes – our mouths instantly began to water when we were shown their Instagram account.
Before we get into reviewing the crepes that we ordered, I feel that it is necessary to note that they only serve them until 2 p.m. and they do take time to cook – I’d say that once we ordered our 3 crepes it did take about 15-20 minutes before our name was called. We did not mind the wait as there is plenty of seating available inside and out and the staff were all extremely nice during the entire visit.
Okay, now let’s dive into the crepes and I promise you that they were definitely worth all the hype!
Fort Caprone
I love Nutella and the Fort Caprone crepe hit the spot for me. While there was a generous amount of Nutella, it was offset by heaps of fresh bananas and strawberries which made it absolutely delicious – 10/10 I would definitely recommend!
Mena
Old Florida
I enjoyed the Old Florida crepe as it seemed like the healthiest option out of the crepes offered at Old Florida Coffee Co. – one recommendation is to use a little less of the orange marmalade as it made it just a tad too sweet for me.

Guava con Queso
Growing up in South Florida I have had my fair share of guava and cheese pastries so I had to give the Guava con Queso crepe a shot. I am not one for super sweet desserts but this hit the spot and was everything I had hoped for!

Old Florida Coffee Co. Drinks
I love coffee and I don’t go a day without having a cup or two. Old Florida Coffee Co. does make their own frappuccino-esque frozen concoctions but they also offer traditional coffee, hot or iced, with milk, almond milk or oat milk and a handful of flavorings that you can add.
Old Florida Blend Coffee
I went with a 16 oz. Old Florida blend, iced, with almond milk and added the vanilla flavoring to it. I will say that they prepared it super fast and it tasted wonderful – not too sweet and not too strong either, just how I like it!

Decaf Coffee
I had to go with the decaf option as I am staying away from caffeine before baby Ollie is born. I chose the 16 oz. decaf, iced, with almond milk and I went with the hazelnut flavoring to pair with my Nutella crepe! I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and it was a perfect pairing with my breakfast.

Old Florida Coffee Co. Breakfast Specials
In addition to the crepes, coffee, tea and Floridacinnos on their standard menu, Old Florida Coffee Co. has daily specials. We were lucky enough to get to try their quiche special before it ran out during our visit.
Spinach + Feta Quiche
Mena and I love quiche and Old Florida Brewing Co. did not disappoint with their spinach and feta variation that was offered. While waiting for the crepes to be prepared we devoured this quiche and would definitely order it again.
