As part of my goal to review a seller from every major Whatnot category, I was excited to check out the Whatnot Estate Sales & Storage Units category. Unlike many of the other categories on Whatnot that focus on a specific niche, Estate Sales & Storage Units can feature almost anything imaginable.
For this review, I decided to purchase from JenJenJig, currently the most followed seller in the Estate Sales & Storage Units category.
What I quickly discovered is that JenJenJig has evolved beyond estate sales and storage unit finds. Her streams now feature wholesale inventory, liquidation pallets, overstock merchandise, toys, collectibles, and much more.

Why I Chose JenJenJig
Since JenJenJig is currently the most followed Whatnot seller in the Estate Sales & Storage Units category, she seemed like the perfect seller to review.
The particular stream I joined featured what appeared to be Target overstock pallets, with a large number of Tonie products available for auction.
One thing became clear almost immediately:
The auctions move FAST.
With so many viewers in the stream, bids can escalate quickly. Fortunately, Jen starts many items at just $1, creating opportunities for some incredible deals.
The show also featured numerous giveaways sponsored by other sellers. One interesting feature was her flash-sale promotion that allows smaller sellers to sponsor $50 gift card giveaways in exchange for exposure during the stream.
What I Purchased (Whatnot Estate Sales & Storage Units)

After spending time in the stream, I managed to pick up several items for our review.
My Winning Bids
| Item | Price Paid |
|---|---|
| Tonies Rebel Girls 2 Pack Set | $1 |
| Roald Dahl: The Witches Tonie | $3 |
| DC: Batwheels Tonie | $4 |
| Kung Fu Panda Tonie | $3 |
| PAW Patrol: Chase Toniebox 2 Starter Set | $15 |
| 2x Magic: The Gathering Final Fantasy Play Booster Sleeves | $4 |

Did I Get Good Deals?
Absolutely, the Whatnot Estate Sales category delivered.
The biggest surprise was the PAW Patrol Toniebox 2 Starter Set.
The retail price is approximately $149.99, and I was able to purchase it for just $15.
Even if it had been open-box, that would still have been an incredible value.
The other Tonies I purchased generally retail for around $19.99 each, while the two-pack I won typically sells for around $12.99.
The Magic: The Gathering Final Fantasy booster sleeves were another pleasant surprise. Average retail pricing is around $7.99 each, making the $4 winning bid a strong deal.
Overall, this was one of the best value purchases I’ve made while reviewing Whatnot categories.
Shipping Time & Packaging
JenJenJig ships extremely quickly.
My order shipped in less than one day and arrived safely packaged.
One thing worth mentioning is her bundle shipping system.
While the initial shipping charge may seem high at first, she allows buyers to bundle up to eight additional items under the same shipment in many cases.
If you’re planning to purchase multiple items during a stream, this can create substantial shipping savings.
Live Stream Experience
JenJenJig runs one of the busiest streams I’ve experienced on Whatnot and I am glad that she has expanded from her bread and butter category, Whatnot Estate Sales & Storage Units, into a more diverse collection of items for sale.
There are often hundreds of viewers participating, which creates a fast-paced and exciting environment.
A few things stood out:
- Frequent giveaways

The only recommendation I would make is to pay close attention to your bidding because prices can move quickly with so many active buyers.
