We planned an entire trip to St. Petersburg, Florida to go to Arkane Aleworks and pick up two bottles of a limited release beer, Baby Yoda Pants, that I won in a raffle. While Ximena was unable to partake in the beer sampling (no beer for the baby, coming soon!), her mom and I ordered a few different sours to sample.

Baby Yoda Pants 2022
First up was the limited edition Star Wars Day beer, Baby Yoda Pants. This green sour, a guava, mango, ginger, FL Weisse (6% ABV), was absolutely incredible. Don’t let the green look dissuade you as this beer was super refreshing and was well worth the 4-hour drive to pick up a couple bottles.
Poops Flight
Next up was the Poops Flight which is Arkane Aleworks’ hilarious take on the Easter candy, Peeps. The flight consisted of the four variants which are as follows:
- Poops Be With You (3.4% ABV) – Blue Marshmallow Sour
- Poop Show (6% ABV) – Pineapple and Orange Sour with Marshmallow
- Green Poops (6% ABV) – Kiwi and Passionfruit Sour with Marshmallow
- What The Fluff (6% ABV) – Blackberry and Raspberry Sour with Marshmallow
The Poop Show was the most refreshing while Mena’s mom and I picked What The Fluff as the overall winner of this flight of beer – I’d easily drink any of the four on the beach as they are all light and tasty.

Arkane opened in 2016 in Largo, Florida and has been pumping out great beer ever since. Arkane Aleworks
Mena and I won two bottles of Baby Yoda Pants from Arkane Aleworks in Largo, Florida and took a day trip to visit the brewery for the first time. The brewery is very spacious and the beers are incredible - I definitely recommend going if you are ever in the area or are looking for some amazing Florida craft beer.
